Netra Vasti

Netra Vasti (also known as Netra Basti) is an Ayurvedic
treatment to conditions related to the eyes.  Warm, herb-
infused ghee is used for this procedure, because it is
deeply nourishing for the optic nerves and muscular
tissues surrounding the eyes.
Ghee is poured into a dough dam surrounding the eyes
and allowed to stand throughout the procedure so its
goodness can be absorbed through the skin. The
treatment leaves you feeling surprisingly refreshed as the
strain and tension in the eye area is gently released.
